The Hope Ranch's role is to make a well-matched referral, coordinate the introduction and records transfer with the client's consent, and remain available as a resource — not to supervise treatment delivered at a separate, independently licensed facility.
Not necessarily. Most outpatient referrals happen after a client completes residential or detox care at The Hope Ranch, but our admissions team can also provide a referral to a sister program for someone who reaches out directly if residential care isn't the right starting point for their situation.
Our admissions team can verify insurance benefits and talk through coverage as it relates to the sister program you're referred to. The outpatient program itself is billed separately by that independently licensed facility, since it is not delivered by The Hope Ranch.
