No not on-site. The Hope Ranch is licensed specifically for medical detox and residential treatment on our 10-acre ranch in Perris, California. We do not operate our own PHP, IOP, or standard outpatient program. When that level of care is the right next step, our case management team personally refers and warmly hands you off to a trusted Trusted Program we work with directly never a generic name pulled from an insurance directory.

A Trusted Program is an independently licensed outpatient or IOP provider that our team works with directly and knows personally not a name pulled from an insurance directory. Because the relationship exists before your referral is ever made, our admissions and case management team can make a direct introduction, share clinical context with your consent, and confirm a fit before you ever show up for an intake appointment.
Because our license, our clinical team, and our 10-acre ranch are built specifically around medical detox and residential care that focus is what lets us do those two things well. Rather than stretch into a third level of care we aren't licensed or staffed for, we invest in relationships with Trusted Programs that are built specifically for outpatient and IOP care, and we personally coordinate the hand-off.
Our case management team begins discharge and referral planning before a residential stay ends, with the goal of confirming intake at the Trusted Program as close as possible to the discharge date. The intent is a warm hand-off with no gap, not a phone number handed over on the last day.
Once a client transitions to a Trusted Program, that program is clinically and legally responsible for the outpatient or IOP care it provides. The Hope Ranch's role is to make a well-matched referral, coordinate the introduction and records transfer with the client's consent, and remain available as a resource not to supervise treatment delivered at a separate, independently licensed facility.
Not necessarily. Most outpatient referrals happen after a client completes residential or detox care at The Hope Ranch, but our admissions team can also provide a referral to a Trusted Program for someone who reaches out directly if residential care isn't the right starting point for their situation.
Our admissions team can verify insurance benefits and talk through coverage as it relates to the Trusted Program you're referred to. The outpatient program itself is billed separately by that independently licensed facility, since it is not delivered by The Hope Ranch.
