— What We Treat

We treat addiction to all major substances.

Every substance creates a different withdrawal profile and treatment need. Our medical and clinical team has experience across all of the following and more.

Alcohol

Alcohol withdrawal can be medically dangerous — including seizures and delirium tremens (DTs). Medically supervised detox is critical, followed by residential or outpatient treatment with relapse prevention tools.

Opioids & Fentanyl

Opioid withdrawal involves intense physical symptoms. MAT (medication-assisted treatment) options including buprenorphine may be used during detox. Residential care provides the structured environment critical for sustained recovery.

Benzodiazepines

Abruptly stopping benzos — Xanax, Valium, Klonopin — can cause life-threatening seizures. A medically supervised taper protocol is the only safe approach. Our medical director oversees all benzo detox protocols.

Stimulants & Meth

Stimulant withdrawal is primarily psychological — depression, fatigue, and cravings can be severe. Our residential program provides the round-the-clock therapeutic support needed to manage the mental health dimensions of stimulant recovery.

Cannabis

Cannabis use disorder is real and increasingly recognized — particularly with high-potency concentrates. Our program addresses the psychological dependence, anxiety, and sleep disruption that accompany cannabis withdrawal.

Prescription Medications

Painkillers, sleeping medications, and other prescription drugs require careful monitored detox. Our medical team designs individualized taper and stabilization protocols for each client's specific medication history.

We offer five core programs: Medical Detox, Residential Rehab (inpatient), Outpatient Treatment, Dual Diagnosis (co-occurring mental health and addiction), and a specialized Veterans Recovery Program. All programs are delivered on our 10-acre ranch in Perris, California with 24/7 medical support.

The right program depends on your substance of choice, severity and duration of use, medical history, any co-occurring mental health conditions, and your life circumstances. Our admissions team conducts a free, confidential clinical pre-screening to help determine the appropriate level of care. Call (951) 577-2203 any time, 24/7.

It depends on the substance and your medical history. Our Medical Director assesses every client upon admission. For alcohol, benzodiazepines, and opioids, medically supervised detox is typically required before residential programming begins. We offer this as part of a seamless continuum — you don't need to find a separate detox facility first.

Yes — this is a clinical specialty of ours. Nearly 50% of people with substance use disorders also have a co-occurring mental health condition. We treat addiction and mental health simultaneously through our Dual Diagnosis program, which addresses PTSD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and trauma concurrently with substance use treatment.

Yes. We accept most major private insurance providers including Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Humana, Magellan, Optum, Beacon Health, and most PPO plans. We do not accept Medicaid or Medi-Cal. Insurance verification is free, confidential, and non-binding — call (951) 577-2203 or use the form on our contact page.

Yes. Our Veterans Recovery Program is designed specifically around the unique challenges veterans face: combat trauma, PTSD, chronic pain, opioid dependence, and the transition from military to civilian life. The program uses trauma-informed care, peer support among those with shared military experience, dual diagnosis treatment, and family therapy. The ranch environment itself — open, quiet, and nature-filled — is a strong fit for veterans who feel uncomfortable in clinical urban settings.
